Space is generous throughout: 680 m² of living area, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, 288 m² of terraces and a private 1,090 m² plot with landscaped grounds and its own pool.
There are no shared amenities to speak of, because there is nothing to share. The gym, sauna, games room, solarium and barbecue all belong to the house, as does covered parking for several cars. That makes it a home for someone who would rather have privacy and room to spread out than a communal pool with neighbours.
