Villas de la Sal is made up of detached villas arranged in five blocks, with all living space on the ground floor. Each house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite to the main bedroom, in around 107 m². The open-plan kitchen and lounge forms the centre of the home. It is handed over fully fitted, with wall and base units, a porcelain worktop, a sink, and an island housing the induction hob with the extractor built in. Bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the bathrooms come with vanity furniture.
Outside, every villa has its own swimming pool and a private garden, which measures between roughly 97 and 373 m² depending on the plot. The terrace, partly covered, adds 86 to 98 m². There is also a solarium already supplied with electricity, a water point and a TV connection, which makes it easy to set up an outdoor kitchen or lounge area. Plots are enclosed by a boundary wall with metal fencing and look out over the garden. Facing south-west, the terrace gets most of its sun in the second half of the day.
