For anyone weighing up a permanent move or a holiday base, the draw is a large private plot with everyday needs close at hand. A supermarket is about 1.5 km away, the Urbanización Lo Pepin centre around 2 km and the Benijófar health centre roughly 2.5 km. The sand at Platja del Montcaio, near Guardamar, lies 5.5 km away in a straight line, while the Marina de les Dunes is about 7 km off.
