Vistabella Plaza Casa Oranger is a new-build development in Orihuela, in the Vistabella Golf district, made up of semi-detached houses with three bedrooms and three bathrooms each. It sits in Entrenaranjos, a residential village inland on the southern Costa Blanca. The golf course, a supermarket and the village centre are each about 600 metres from the homes. Tee times, the weekly shop and an evening out can all be managed on foot.
Every house has 95.95 m² of living space across two storeys, plus a 49.43 m² terrace, a private garden of 21.71 to 94.33 m² and its own pool measuring 5 x 3 or 6 x 3 metres. Photovoltaic panels, solar hot water, double glazing and underfloor heating in the bathrooms are part of the standard specification, and the homes are rated energy class A.
