That alone shapes daily life here: no shared pool rota, no neighbours on the sun loungers, and a landscaped plot of just over 219 m² that belongs entirely to you.
The villas share the same layout: three bedrooms, three bathrooms and roughly 117 m² of living space, plus a covered terrace of almost 21 m². The kitchen opens onto the lounge, and solar panels on the roof cut down on running costs. A solarium can be added if you want more outdoor space.
