Set on Passeig del Clot, Vistalmar is a small new-build scheme in Pego, an inland market town in the Marina Alta that stays lively all year rather than emptying out after the summer. The development is a single low-rise building. Its homes range from ground-floor flats with gardens to top-floor flats, a penthouse and duplex penthouses, with one to three bedrooms and roughly 85 to 141 m² of living space.
For daily errands the car can usually stay in the garage. Pego's centre is about 600 metres away and a supermarket about 400 metres. Platja de la Devesa is around 8 km as the crow flies, Mestral golf course about 15.5 km, and the Real Club Náutico de Dénia around 20 km. The nearest hospital, Sanatori Sant Francesc de Borja in Fontilles, is roughly 7.5 km away.

The project
Vistalmar is one building on two residential levels, the ground floor and the first floor. Downstairs, each flat has a private garden of roughly 19 to 32 m². Upstairs are the top-floor flats, a single penthouse and two duplex penthouses, whose living space is spread over two levels. Homes have one to three bedrooms and one or two bathrooms, and some of them include an en-suite.
