Location is the real draw here. Playa del Ancón is about 1 km away as the crow flies, Golf La Dama de Noche roughly 1.5 km and Marbella's centre around 4 km. La Bajadilla marina lies about 5 km off and a hospital about 2.5 km. With the AP-7 right on the doorstep, Puerto Banús and Málaga airport, some 43.5 km away, are an easy drive.
Inside, a lift serves every level, and home automation, underfloor heating and a fireplace keep things comfortable through the year; outside there is a jacuzzi and a rooftop solarium.
