Every house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with built areas from about 239 to 387 m². What sets them apart is outdoor space: each comes with its own garden of 144 to almost 749 m², terraces of 114 to 291 m² and a solarium.
Inside the gated grounds you'll find a shared pool, landscaped gardens, a gym, a games room and a jacuzzi. Cars go into an underground garage with a private space and an EV charging point. An A energy rating, at 16 kWh/m² a year, together with underfloor heating and home automation, makes these houses just as comfortable in January as in August.
For anyone torn between the fairway and the sea, both are close at hand: Playa de Calahonda lies about 1 km away and the Puerto Cabopino marina around 2.5 km. Málaga Airport is roughly 28 km as the crow flies.
