The project
What you are buying is not a flat in a shared complex but a detached villa on its own land. Everything that would be communal elsewhere sits on your own plot. The house extends to 350 m² with six bedrooms and four bathrooms, at least one of them attached directly to a bedroom. A lift links the different parts of the home, and the property is adapted for residents with reduced mobility. Around 100 m² of terrace, partly covered, is joined by a solarium and a barbecue, with views towards the sea, the garden and the pool. Inside, a private gym and a games room give teenagers and guests somewhere to go on the hottest afternoons.
