Abril Doña Julia brings new-build apartments to the golfing side of Casares, with the first holes of Doña Julia parte alta roughly 100 metres away. The setting is the western Costa del Sol, in the province of Málaga, and the scheme is kept low: three blocks, none taller than a ground floor and two upper storeys.
Ground-level homes come with their own garden. Above them sit middle- and top-floor flats, crowned by two penthouses. Every home has two or three bedrooms and a second bathroom as standard, with indoor space between just over 90 and almost 142 m². A private terrace, partly covered, is part of every home, and some are very generous. Depending on the block, the outlook takes in the sea, the gardens or the pool.
Residents share a pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi, and a lift runs down to the underground car park. In a straight line, Manilva's town centre and a supermarket are about 2 km off, as is the beach. Puerto Deportivo de la Duquesa is about 4 km away. Gibraltar is the closest airport at around 28.5 km, with Málaga at 74 km.
