Adagio is a new-build development in Cancelada, a residential area within the municipality of Estepona on the Costa del Sol. It is laid out in three blocks that rise to a ground floor plus up to three storeys, offering two- and three-bedroom apartments with two bathrooms each and between roughly 94 and 143 m² of living space. Every home has its own terrace, from about 11 m² to nearly 85 m², and some ground-floor units add a private garden.
The real draw is how little driving everyday life requires. Flamingos Golf lies about 900 metres away in a straight line, Playa de Guadalmansa around 1.5 km, and the Resinera-Voladilla centre roughly 1 km. There is a shop some 700 metres from the gate, and Hospital Hospiten de Estepona is 2.5 km off.
Owners share a pool, landscaped gardens and a gym inside the gated grounds. The apartments face south and west, have double glazing and air conditioning that doubles as heating, and come with a storage room and a private parking space.
