The homes sit in three blocks and all follow the same generous plan: three bedrooms, two bathrooms and roughly 249 to 259 m² of living space. Each comes with a terrace of 90 to 107 m², a solarium and a private garden of 15 to 49 m².
Golf is close at hand, with Flamingos Golf about 700 metres away as the crow flies. Playa de Guadalmansa is roughly 1.5 km away, and Bel-Air, the nearest local centre, is at a similar distance. A shop for everyday essentials is about 700 metres away, and Hospital Hospiten de Estepona about 2.5 km.
