Ground-floor homes have their own garden of roughly 42 to 46 m², while those upstairs have a terrace of about 80 m², which is almost a second living area in the open air.
Everyday errands are easy. As the crow flies, the centre of Rojales is around 500 metres away, the golf course about 700 metres and a supermarket roughly 800 metres. The Centro de Salud de Benijófar is 2 km off. For the sea, Platja de La Roqueta is 6.5 km away and Port Esportiu Marina de les Dunes 7 km.
