In the Los Palacios district of Formentera del Segura, on the very edge of neighbouring Rojales, Viviendas Los Palacios is a small new-build scheme on the southern Costa Blanca. A single building holds ground-floor and first-floor flats, each with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Owners downstairs gain a basement level, while those upstairs get a generous private solarium instead.
Everyday errands here can be done on foot. Rojales town centre sits roughly 400 metres away, a supermarket about 300 metres, and the Benijófar health centre 1.5 km. Golfers have La Marquesa at around 1 km as the crow flies, close enough to fit in a round before lunch.
The coast is a short drive rather than a stroll: Platja de La Roqueta lies some 7 km off and the Marina de les Dunes 7.5 km.
