It consists of a single block over two levels: ground floor apartments with their own garden, and penthouses on the first floor with a rooftop solarium. Homes range from 2 to 4 bedrooms and 2 or 3 bathrooms, with living space from 80 m² up to roughly 305 m².
For golfers the location is hard to beat, with La Marquesa Golf about 300 metres away. A supermarket is around 700 metres off and the centre of Rojales 2 km.
