This fourth phase is made up of three low-rise blocks, each with a ground floor and two upper storeys, and offers ground-floor, middle-floor and top-floor apartments with 1 to 3 bedrooms.
Living space runs from around 36 m² in the smallest units to roughly 139 m² in the largest. Every apartment has a terrace, from about 12 m² up to more than 236 m². The blocks face south-east, so terraces get the morning sun.
For golfers the location is hard to beat: Estepona Golf sits roughly 400 metres away as the crow flies. The coast is about 3.5 km off, Puerto Estepona marina around 6 km and the Hospital de Alta Resolución de Estepona about 2.5 km. Manilva town centre is some 5 km away. Gibraltar Airport, at around 32 km, is the handiest for flights, while Málaga lies about 71 km away.
