Set about 400 metres from the fairways of Estepona Golf, The Place Alcazaba is a new build development of apartments in Casares, on the western Costa del Sol. The beach is around 3.5 km away, Puerto Estepona marina roughly 6 km, and the Hospital de Alta Resolución de Estepona about 2.5 km, which matters if you plan to live here all year rather than just for the holidays.
The scheme comprises two blocks rising to a ground floor plus two upper storeys. Buyers can choose between ground floor and upper floor apartments with two to four bedrooms, the same number of bathrooms and between 113 and just over 179 m² of living space. Every home has a terrace of 59 to 115 m², and some of the ground floor units add a private garden of up to around 270 m².
Within the gated grounds there is a communal pool and an indoor pool, a gym, a tennis court, a jacuzzi and a bar, all set among landscaped gardens. The complex faces south with sea and mountain views, so the generous terraces are likely to become the main living space for much of the year.

The Place Alcazaba is laid out in two blocks of three levels: ground floor, first floor and second floor. There are two apartment types. Ground floor homes open directly onto outdoor space, and several of them come with a private garden of between 112 and almost 272 m². Upper floor apartments have no garden but do have a substantial terrace. Across the development, homes offer two to four bedrooms and two to four bathrooms, including an en-suite, with living areas from 113 to 179 m².
