Playa del Acequión is roughly 500 metres away, Marina Internacional about 800 metres and the town centre around 700 metres, with the Parque de las Naciones city park just a short stroll from the door.
The six-storey building has a neoclassical design. Apartments range from one to three bedrooms, with living areas of roughly 59 to 211 m², and every home comes with a terrace, from a small balcony up to more than 94 m² of outdoor space. The building looks out towards the sea and the beach.

Alegria 24 is a single six-storey block with a neoclassical exterior.
