In the middle of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca, Las Piscinas is a new build residence where the town centre, the harbour and the beach are all within walking distance. It occupies a single building over six levels and is designed around compact living: studios, apartments and penthouses, each with one bedroom and one bathroom and between roughly 27 and 45 m² of living space.
The name gives a clue to its main draw. A heated pool with a solarium sits on the roof, and a second pool and a sauna are found on the lower level. Owners also get a two-level underground car park, a lift, air conditioning that heats and cools, and an aerothermal system that keeps energy use down.
For anyone who would rather leave the car parked, the location works well. Playa del Acequión is about 700 metres away, the Real Club Náutico marina about 800 metres and a supermarket about 200 metres. There is a golf course some 2 km off, and Alicante-Elche airport lies about 35 km away in a straight line.
