Set high in the hinterland behind Marbella, Almazara Views is a new-build development of terraced townhouses in Istán, a mountain village on the Costa del Sol. Every home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and roughly 169 to 197 m² of living space, with a private terrace of about 49 to 118 m². There are no private gardens: the landscaped grounds and the swimming pool are shared.
The houses sit in four blocks stepped into the hillside, so they look out over the mountains, the Istán reservoir and, from part of the scheme, the sea. Cars go into an underground garage with an EV charging point, while air conditioning for heating and cooling, double glazing and energy rating B (27 kWh/m² a year) keep running costs in check.
Living here means choosing quiet without cutting yourself off from the coast. Istán village centre is about 4 km away as the crow flies, Club de Golf Aloha 3.5 km, Playa del Ancón beach 5.5 km and the Nueva Andalucía health centre 5.5 km. Málaga Airport is around 43 km away.

Almazara Views is made up of terraced townhouses arranged in four blocks within a residential urbanisation on the slopes above the Istán reservoir. Because the blocks step down the hillside, most homes have an open outlook across the landscape: mountains, wide panoramic views and, from some of the houses, the Mediterranean. All the townhouses have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with living areas of roughly 169 to 197 m². The kitchen, dining area and lounge share one open-plan space, and the kitchen comes fully fitted.
