Amaranta Living is a new-build development in Casares, on the western stretch of the Costa del Sol in Málaga province, and the nearest golf course is barely 200 metres away as the crow flies. The scheme is made up of nine low-rise blocks, none taller than three storeys. Each apartment has two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with interiors ranging from just over 78 to just over 118 m².
This is a quiet spot, though not an isolated one. The shoreline is roughly a mile and a half off (about 1.5 km in a straight line). For everyday errands, San Luis de Sabinillas is around 2.5 km down towards the sea, while the boats and waterfront cafés of La Duquesa harbour sit about 4 km from the complex. Hospital de Alta Resolución de Estepona is within roughly 3.5 km.
Every home comes with its own terrace, and buyers on the ground floor also get a private garden. Residents share a swimming pool, landscaped grounds, a gym and a barbecue area, and photovoltaic panels on site help to keep running costs down.
