Ambar Homes is a new-build development in Vélez-Málaga, a working Spanish town that serves as the capital of the Axarquía on the eastern Costa del Sol. Rather than a resort strip, this is a place with year-round life: the town centre is roughly 1 km away, a supermarket about 500 metres, and the Hospital Comarcal de La Axarquía around 3 km, all as the crow flies.
The flats sit in five gated blocks served by a lift. Sizes start with a one-bedroom home of almost 59 m² and reach three-bedroom layouts with more than 140 m² of living space. All but one come with a private terrace, which on the largest homes stretches to nearly 86 m². Residents share a swimming pool, landscaped gardens and a children's play area, and the garage has charging points for electric cars.
For the coast, Playa de Torre del Mar lies about 3.5 km away and a golf course roughly 2.5 km. Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport is the nearest, at around 36.5 km, with frequent flights to the UK and the rest of Europe.
