What stands out is how much of daily life sits within easy reach. The centre of Vélez-Málaga is about 1 km away, a supermarket roughly 300 metres, and the Hospital Comarcal de La Axarquía around 3.5 km. María Zambrano Park, with its playground, sports facilities and padel courts, is close by, as is the bus station with services to Málaga and across the region. Playa de Torre del Mar is about 4.5 km away, and there is a golf course at around 2 km.

Residencial Los Olivos III is made up of two residential blocks containing only middle-floor apartments, set across the first to fourth floors. None of the homes has a private garden, but every one comes with its own terrace, ranging from around 8 m² to just over 86 m². Layouts run from two to four bedrooms, always with two bathrooms, and living areas measure between about 95 and 225 m². A lift serves the upper floors and there is a solarium for sunbathing.
Residents share an enclosed communal area with a saltwater swimming pool and planted gardens, and the views from the apartments look out over these gardens and the pool. Entry to the buildings is controlled by an entry phone system.
