Edificio Ancabu is a small new-build residence in Vélez-Málaga, the main town of the Axarquía district east of Málaga city on the Costa del Sol. This is not a seaside resort but a home in a working Andalusian town with life all year round: the centre is roughly 700 metres away, there is a supermarket about 100 metres from the door, and shops and schools sit close by.
The building rises over three residential floors. Contemporary flats with two or three bedrooms occupy the lower levels, penthouses crown the top, and every unit has a pair of bathrooms. Living areas run from 63.1 to 100.6 m², and each home comes with a private terrace, a garage space and a storage room, with a lift to every floor.
Playa de Torre del Mar is about 4.5 km away as the crow flies, so the beach is a short drive rather than a stroll. A golf course lies roughly 2 km off, the Hospital Comarcal de La Axarquía about 3.5 km, a marina around 9 km and Málaga airport some 36.5 km.
