Atalaya Emotion is a new-build development in Estepona where the golf course is practically on the doorstep: Atalaya Golf & Country Club lies roughly 300 metres away. The setting is the stretch of the Costa del Sol known as the New Golden Mile, with San Pedro Alcántara around 2.5 km off and a supermarket a short stroll of about 200 metres.
Buyers can choose between ground-floor flats with their own gardens, middle-floor homes and penthouses, all with two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Interiors measure 92 to 161 m², and every unit comes with a terrace, ranging from 19 m² up to 156 m² on the largest penthouses. Garden plots run from 34 to 279 m². Six low-rise blocks of no more than three storeys keep the scale modest, with a lift and underground parking.
