Three low-rise blocks, each with a ground floor and three upper storeys, hold two and three-bedroom apartments, every one with two bathrooms.
Interior space runs from about 74 to 127 m². All homes come with a private terrace, ranging from a modest 16 m² to a generous 93 m² on the top level, and they face south-east or south-west. Shared amenities include a pool, landscaped gardens, a gym and a barbecue spot, while cars go into a garage with private spaces and the complex provides storage rooms.
