Breeze is a new build development in Marbella that sits right beside the fairways of Real Club de Golf Guadalmina, on the western side of the municipality near San Pedro Alcántara. As the crow flies, the centre of San Pedro is about 1 km away, Playa de San Pedro roughly 1.5 km, and a supermarket around 300 metres. HC Marbella International Hospital is approximately 2.5 km from the complex.
Four blocks rise from ground level to a fourth floor, holding ground floor flats, middle and top floor apartments, duplexes and penthouses. Homes have two to four bedrooms and two to four bathrooms, with interiors of roughly 77 to 204 m².
Every property has its own terrace, from about 8 m² up to more than 165 m², and the westerly aspect means sunshine through the afternoon and into the evening.
