On the edge of the Cerrado del Aguila Golf course, Cerrado Heights is a small new build development in Mijas, in the Mijas Costa area of the Costa del Sol. It consists of just two detached villas, each with 426 m² of living space, three bathrooms, a 100 m² covered terrace and a 522 m² private garden with its own pool. One villa has three bedrooms, the other five.
What stands out is the frontline golf position combined with views that, depending on the villa, take in the sea and the mountains as well as the fairways. Daily life is easy to organise: the small centre of Cerros del Águila is roughly 500 metres away as the crow flies, a supermarket sits within 2 km and schools are close by. Playa El Chaparral, the nearest beach, is 2.5 km in a straight line, while Fuengirola's marina is 4.5 km off.
Málaga-Costa del Sol airport is the closest, about 22.5 km away, and Hospital Vithas Xanit International is 12 km from the villas. That makes Cerrado Heights a practical choice both as a permanent home and as a second residence for golfers.

The difference lies in the bedroom count, three in one villa and five in the other, so the three-bedroom version spreads the same floor area over fewer, larger rooms.
