The Eagle Residences is a new build development in Las Lagunas, Mijas, and few addresses on the Costa del Sol put a golf course this close: Cerrado del Aguila Golf lies roughly 100 metres away as the crow flies. That makes it an obvious shortlist candidate for anyone who plays regularly but would rather keep the shops and services of the busiest residential district of Mijas Costa within reach.
The homes are apartments spread over four blocks, with ground floor units, middle floors and penthouses on the top level. Bedrooms range from one to three, living space from 82.9 to 180.5 m², and every unit has its own terrace measuring between 21.75 and 186.55 m². The complex looks out over the sea and a broad panorama of the surrounding coast.
Everyday errands are simple: the local centre at Cerros del Águila is about 600 metres off and a supermarket around 2 km. Playa El Chaparral, the nearest beach, is some 2.5 km in a straight line, with Fuengirola marina at about 4.5 km. For flights, Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport (AGP) is closest, 22.5 km from the complex.
