Set roughly 100 metres back from Playa Valle de Niza, Costa Niza is a new-build development in Valle-Niza, a seaside district of Vélez-Málaga on the eastern stretch of the Costa del Sol. Torre del Mar and Rincón de la Victoria are around ten minutes away by car, and the Autovía del Mediterráneo is about five minutes from the door.
Three low-rise blocks, each with a ground floor and two upper levels, hold apartments of one or two bedrooms. Living space in the current price list runs from about 50 to 65 m², and every home has its own terrace, the largest ones on the ground floor at close to 48 m². A space in the underground car park and a storage room come with each apartment.
Residents share two pools, landscaped gardens and two padel courts. A supermarket is about 2 km away, the village centre of Almayate 2.5 km, a marina roughly 1 km and Añoreta Golf 7 km. For anyone wanting a lock-up-and-leave base by the sea, or a year-round home a short walk from the sand, the scale and setting make practical sense.

Costa Niza is laid out as three buildings, each rising to a ground floor plus two storeys.
