Dunara Resort is a new build development in Guardamar del Segura made up entirely of two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments, spread across two buildings that rise from a ground floor to eight upper storeys. Living here means the town centre is roughly 900 metres away in a direct line and a supermarket sits about 200 metres from the entrance, so daily errands rarely need the car.
Interior sizes run from around 64 to 75 m². Most homes are on the middle floors, joined by a handful of ground-floor units and penthouses at the top, with terraces ranging from about 9 m² to almost 50 m². Inside the gated grounds, residents share a heated pool, landscaped gardens, a gym, a sauna and a padel court.
The coast is close at hand. Platja dels Vivers lies about 1 km away, a golf course roughly 1.5 km and the Port Esportiu Marina de les Dunes around 2 km. Alicante-Elche Airport is approximately 22.5 km off, which suits owners who plan frequent trips back and forth.

The scheme comprises two blocks, each with a ground floor and eight levels above. Most of the homes are middle-floor apartments, complemented by a few ground-floor units and penthouses on the uppermost level. Every home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with living space of approximately 64 to 75 m². Part of the apartments come with a private terrace, from a compact 9 m² or so up to nearly 50 m² on the largest. There are no private gardens; the green space is shared.
