Edificio Bahia Center is a new build apartment building right in the middle of Torrevieja, on the southern Costa Blanca. The town centre is roughly 100 metres away, the Real Club Náutico marina about 400 metres, and the beach around 600 metres in a straight line. In practical terms, this is a place where the car can stay in the garage for most of the week.
The development is a single block with four residential floors. Apartments range from one to three bedrooms, with living areas from about 61 m² up to just over 141 m². The top-floor homes come with terraces of roughly 22 to 30 m². Residents share a swimming pool, a lift serves every floor, and each home has private parking in the building's garage inside a gated complex. Views take in the sea, the beach and the town.
For flights home, Alicante-Elche is the nearest airport at around 35.5 km, while the airport serving Murcia is about 44 km away.
