Edificio Sun Bay is a new-build apartment block in central Torrevieja, on the southern Costa Blanca, where daily errands rarely call for a car. The town centre is around 200 metres away, a supermarket roughly 100 metres, and the Real Club Náutico marina about 300 metres. The beach sits around 500 metres from the building.
The development is a single building spread over four residential floors. Buyers choose between mid-floor flats and homes on the top level, each with two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms and roughly 98 to 163 m² of living space. Kitchens come fully fitted and open onto the lounge, air conditioning is pre-installed, and every home has a private space in the garage.
Shared life happens on the roof, where the communal pool and terrace are found, and the building looks out over sea, beach and town. For anyone wanting the harbour, the shops and the seafront within a short stroll, it is a compact, easy-to-manage address.
