Set right in the centre of Hondón de las Nieves, Edificio Cierna is a small new-build apartment building in the inland Costa Blanca, in the grape-growing Vinalopó Medio valley of Alicante province. It holds flats on the first and second floors, with one, two or three bedrooms and roughly 56 to 93 m² of living space. The town centre is about 100 metres away and a supermarket about 200 metres, so daily errands are done on foot.
This is a place for people who want ordinary Spanish town life rather than a resort on the seafront. The coast lies around 25.5 km away as the crow flies, and Alicante-Elche airport is at much the same distance. Font del Llop Golf Resort is about 12.5 km away, and Hospital del Vinalopó roughly 13.5 km.
Each flat comes with a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, fitted wardrobes, double glazing and fibre optic broadband, and the ducting for air conditioning is already in place. Edificio Cierna is a single apartment block in the heart of the town, with homes on the first and second floors.
