Set in the wine-growing valley of Hondón de las Nieves, Vineyard Views is a small new-build apartment building on the inland Costa Blanca, in the Vinalopó Medio district of Alicante province. A single block rises from ground level through three upper storeys, holding ground-floor flats, middle-floor apartments and penthouses. Every home has two bathrooms and either two or three bedrooms, with internal space ranging from about 84 m² to 134 m².
Daily life here revolves around the village rather than the coast. The centre is only around 200 metres from the building and a supermarket roughly 300 metres off, so the morning bread needs no car. The surrounding valley, sheltered by the Sierra de Crevillente, is known for bagged table grapes grown under a protected designation. The sea takes more effort: the nearest beach lies roughly 26 km away in a straight line.
Residents share a pool and a communal garden, and a lift serves every floor. Each apartment comes with a private terrace plus a parking space and storage room in the underground garage, while rooftop solar panels and aerothermal hot water help keep running costs down.

The development is one building of four levels: the ground floor and three storeys above it. Ground-floor apartments sit at street level, the two middle levels hold most of the homes, and the penthouses form the top floor. All units have two bathrooms, with a choice of two or three bedrooms, and living areas run from roughly 84 m² to 134 m². Every home has its own terrace, though sizes differ considerably, from just over 4 m² to nearly 55 m².
Inside, the kitchen is fully fitted and opens onto the lounge. Fitted wardrobes, double glazing and a fibre optic connection come as standard. Ducting for air conditioning is already in place, so only the units themselves need adding later. Bathrooms use concealed cisterns. Hot water is supplied by an aerothermal heat pump, and photovoltaic panels on the roof generate electricity, which takes some weight off the monthly bills.
Outdoors, residents share a swimming pool and a communal garden. A lift runs to all residential floors, and in the underground garage each apartment has a private parking space and its own storage room. An entry phone controls access at the door. The building faces south, which brings plenty of winter sun onto the terraces, and its outlook takes in the mountains around the valley as well as the village itself.
