The flats are on the ground and first floors of a single block. Each has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with between 101 and just under 121 m² of living space.
The outdoor space is what stands out. Terraces measure from 54.5 to 95 m², and one ground-floor flat also has a private garden of 53 m². Photovoltaic panels produce electricity on site. The kitchen is handed over fully equipped, the bedrooms have built-in storage and the ducting for air conditioning is already installed.
This is ordinary Spanish village life, not a holiday resort: the centre is about 100 metres away and a supermarket roughly 200 metres.
