Panorama Beach Building is a small new-build apartment block in the heart of Torrevieja, on the southern Costa Blanca, aimed at people who would rather stroll to the sea than drive to it. The beach is roughly 300 metres away in a straight line, the Real Club Náutico marina about 400 metres, and Torrevieja's town centre sits at a similar distance. A supermarket is around 100 metres from the door, and public transport is close by.
The homes occupy the ground, second and third floors of a single building, ranging from compact studios to a penthouse with its own solarium, with living areas between 37 and 85.5 m². Every unit faces south and comes with a fully fitted kitchen, built-in wardrobes, double glazing and air conditioning for both cooling and heating, plus underfloor heating in the bathrooms. A lift serves all floors.
This is town living by the Mediterranean rather than a resort: the promenade and harbour take the place of communal gardens and a pool. The nearest golf course is about 2.5 km away, while Alicante-Elche airport lies around 35.5 km off.

At the top you will find a top-floor studio and a penthouse with a private solarium.
