Evergreen Homes is a new-build scheme of terraced townhouses in El Chaparral, Mijas, set almost on the edge of the fairways: El Chaparral Golf Club is roughly 100 metres away and Playa El Chaparral about 300 metres. For anyone on the Costa del Sol who wants both a round of golf and a swim within walking distance, that pairing is hard to beat.
The townhouses have 3 or 4 bedrooms, 2 or 3 bathrooms and around 169 to 175 m² of living space. Every home comes with a terrace of roughly 25 to 37 m², and nearly all have a private garden, though garden sizes vary considerably from one plot to the next.
