Set in El Chaparral, on the coastal side of Mijas, Alexandra's Dream is a new-build scheme of 22 terraced townhouses on the Costa del Sol. Golf is the obvious draw here: El Chaparral Golf Club sits roughly 200 metres away, while Playa El Chaparral is about 600 metres off, near enough to reach on foot.
Every house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with built areas from around 189 to 382 m² and a basement as part of the layout. Terraces of 65 to 145 m² face south or south-west, each home has a solarium, and seven of them also come with a private garden. Cars go below ground, into private garages.
On site, residents share a pool with a separate children's pool, a gym and a sauna. Everyday errands stay short: the Chaparral centre is about 200 metres away and a supermarket roughly 800 metres. Fuengirola's marina lies around 5 km away and Málaga airport some 23.5 km, both measured as the crow flies.

The scheme is a single block of 22 terraced townhouses, all built around the same core of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. Built areas range from roughly 189 to 382 m², and every house includes a basement level, a separate laundry room, a storeroom and fitted wardrobes. The kitchen comes fully fitted and is open to the living area, so cooking and relaxing happen in one space.
