Set in the El Chaparral area of Mijas Costa, Lubina The Villas is a new-build scheme of detached homes with four or five bedrooms, each on its own plot within the municipality of Mijas. As the crow flies, Playa El Chaparral is roughly 200 metres away and the fairways of El Chaparral Golf Club about 300 metres. A swim before breakfast or a round after lunch needs no planning at all.
Living space ranges from around 345 to 518 m². The private gardens, of roughly 500 to 900 m², each hold their own swimming pool. Inside there are between three and seven bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen that opens into a lounge area, and a basement. Cars go underground into a private garage with an EV charging point. Photovoltaic panels, double glazing, reversible air conditioning and underfloor heating complete the specification.
