Green Valley Fase I is a new-build development of semi-detached houses in Mijas, set in the residential area of Cerros del Águila, with a choice of two or three bedrooms. Most new homes along this coast are apartments, which is what makes the outdoor space here stand out: every house comes with its own private garden, ranging from roughly 157 m² to over 520 m². Each also has a private terrace, a covered terrace, a solarium and a private parking space in a garage.
