Four low blocks, none taller than four storeys, hold apartments and penthouses with 1 to 4 bedrooms and between about 52 and 261 m² of living space. Every home has its own terrace, and on the largest penthouses that terrace exceeds 216 m².
Much of the appeal is in the shared facilities. On site there is a heated communal pool with a children's pool, a gym, sauna and jacuzzi, plus a bar and a restaurant. The reception and security are staffed around the clock, which matters if your home will be empty for part of the year.
As the crow flies, Playa Mati beach is around 2 km away, Fuengirola marina about 3.5 km and Málaga airport roughly 22 km. Shops and the Cerros del Águila centre are about 1.5 km off.
