Higuerón South Residences is arranged in four blocks, with homes on the second to seventh floors. There are two types: middle-floor flats and penthouses. Every home has two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite, with interiors of roughly 89 to 117 m². Each has a private terrace, ranging from about 27 m² to just over 348 m². The kitchen comes fully fitted and opens onto the living area. Fitted wardrobes, a storage room and a safe are included, along with home automation and an alarm system. Air conditioning is pre-installed for both cooling and heating, and the building has photovoltaic solar panels.
