Isla Bela is a new-build development in Marbella where the nearest fairway is barely a short stroll away: Real Club de Golf Las Brisas sits around 400 metres from the site. Ten low-rise blocks, none taller than five storeys, hold a wide spread of homes, from neat apartments starting at roughly 50 m² to penthouses and duplexes whose largest layouts pass 375 m² of living space.
Everyday errands stay local. There is a supermarket some 300 metres off, the Ambulatorio de Nueva Andalucía health centre at about 900 metres, and San Pedro Alcántara's town centre at 2.5 km. Playas del Duque beach lies roughly 1.5 km away as the crow flies, with Marina La Bajadilla about 8 km off. For flights, Málaga airport is around 46.5 km away and Gibraltar about 52 km.
Inside the gated grounds, residents share an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a gym and landscaped gardens. Cars go into an underground garage fitted with EV charging points, and homes come with a storage room.

Isla Bela is laid out as ten separate blocks, each rising from ground level to a maximum of four upper floors. Ground-floor flats can include a private garden of roughly 13 to 92 m². The intermediate floors carry most of the apartments, and the duplexes, penthouses and penthouse duplexes occupy the top of the range. Bedroom counts run from one up to four, with as many bathrooms in the biggest plans. Outdoor space is almost universal: terraces range from about 8 m² on the smallest units to over 230 m² on the penthouses. Homes face every compass point, and depending on position the outlook takes in the sea, the gardens or the pool.
Indoors, the kitchen opens into the lounge as one shared living area. Fitted wardrobes, a covered private terrace and a solarium feature in the specification. Underfloor heating is installed, and air conditioning is pre-installed so owners can fit the units of their choice.
Shared amenities comprise landscaped gardens, a communal outdoor pool, an indoor pool and a gym, all behind a gated entrance. Beneath the buildings is a car park with multiple spaces and charging points for electric vehicles, and each home has its own storage room. Building permission has been granted.
