Set some 200 metres from Playa del Acequión, Maximlux is a new build apartment building in Torrevieja, in the El Acequión district on the Costa Blanca. It is a single contemporary block of one and two-bedroom flats spread over the ground floor, the middle floors and the top floor, with living areas from roughly 48 to 85 m². Every home has its own terrace, ranging from 4.3 m² to almost 17 m².
The roof is the shared heart of the building, with a swimming pool, a solarium and a lounge area for residents. A lift serves every level. Inside, the flats come with air conditioning for both heating and cooling, double glazing, electric blinds and fitted wardrobes, and the building carries an A energy rating at 16 kWh/m² per year.
This is a location where a car is optional.
