Nalia Resort is a new-build development in Torrevieja on the southern Costa Blanca, made up of two-bedroom bungalows spread across eight blocks. Each home has two bathrooms and between 131 and 179 m² of living space, on either the ground or first floor, and every bungalow comes with its own terrace of 18 to 104 m².
Much of the appeal lies inside the grounds. Residents share three pool areas, a jacuzzi zone, a gym, a padel court, a tennis court, mini golf, a children's play area and landscaped gardens. Indoors, the homes have air conditioning for heating and cooling, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom.
Day-to-day needs are close by: a supermarket about 1 km away, Hospital Universitario de Torrevieja at 2.5 km and Club de Golf Villamartín at roughly 3 km.
