Outside you get a private garden of roughly 225 m², more than 200 m² of terraces and your own 10 m² swimming pool.
The setting is what sets it apart. From the houses you look out over the lake and nearby lemon groves, yet daily life stays easy. A supermarket is about 900 metres away and Hospital Universitario de Torrevieja is around 2.5 km off. If you play golf, Club de Golf Villamartín is roughly 3 km from your front door. For the sea, the cove of Cala de lo Ferri is the nearest beach at about 3.5 km.
The gated complex has 24-hour security and shared grounds with two pools, gardens, an outdoor gym and a playground. Two airports serve the area. Murcia (RMU) is about 38 km away in a straight line and Alicante-Elche (ALC) is about 39 km, which gives you more choice of flights.
