Built as just four low blocks, Residencial Onaru is a new build development in Torrevieja on the southern Costa Blanca where no building rises above a ground floor and one storey. Every apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms across roughly 69 to 72 m², with the kitchen open to the lounge, and a third bedroom can be added.
What you are really choosing between is the outdoor space. Downstairs homes come with a private garden of 117 to 130 m²; upstairs homes trade that for a private terrace and a solarium. Terraces range from a compact 11 m² up to just over 77 m². Residents share a pool, landscaped gardens and a jacuzzi.
Day to day, the location works well. Groceries are about a kilometre away, Hospital Universitario de Torrevieja is 2.5 km off and the fairways of Club de Golf Villamartín lie roughly three kilometres from the complex.
