Its single building holds bungalows on two levels, and the curving façade explains the name, since ola is Spanish for wave. Downstairs homes come with a front garden and a rear patio; upstairs homes trade the garden for a private solarium. Every unit has two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms and roughly 67 to 74 m² inside, with terrace space reaching almost 80 m².
The appeal here is how easily daily life fits around the address. The town centre is about a kilometre off, a supermarket sits at around 900 metres and schools are close by. Playa de las Higuericas lies some 2.5 km away in a straight line, a golf course about 3.5 km and the Puerto Deportivo Miguel Caballero marina 6 km.
