Pura Vida VI is a small new-build development in Pilar de la Horadada, the southernmost municipality on the Costa Blanca, right where Alicante province gives way to Murcia. A single two-storey block holds ground-floor apartments and top-floor homes above them, each with three bedrooms and two bathrooms across 92.3 to 99.9 m² of living space. For apartments of this size the outdoor areas are unusually large, with terraces from 80.9 to 180 m².
What sets the scheme apart is that every home has a pool of its own. Downstairs it sits within a private garden; upstairs it is part of a big solarium that also takes in a jacuzzi area and a summer kitchen. There is no shared pool, so sunbathing and swimming happen on your own patch rather than alongside the neighbours.
Daily life needs little driving. A supermarket is roughly 200 metres away and the village centre around 1 km. Playa de las Higuericas is close to 2 km as the crow flies, with a golf course at about 4 km. Región de Murcia Airport (RMU) is the nearest at just over 30 km, while Alicante-Elche sits around 51 km off.

The development is one building over two levels, ground floor and first floor. Single-level apartments occupy the lower storey, with the top-floor homes above. Every unit has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite, within 92.3 to 99.9 m² of living space. Kitchens are handed over fully fitted with Bosch or Siemens appliances, and the bedrooms come with built-in wardrobes.
Much of the appeal lies outdoors. Each home has a private terrace, partly covered, measuring between 80.9 and 180 m². Buyers on the ground floor get a private garden with their own pool. Upstairs, a solarium brings a private pool, a jacuzzi area and a summer kitchen. Landscaped communal gardens run between the homes, and the outlook is over the pools and the inner courtyard.
